Business Office Manager Country Meadows | Alumus Healthcare

This is a management role at Alumus Healthcare’s Country Meadows facility. This position is crucial as the Business Office Manager acts as the central point for all office administration, ensuring smooth daily operations and a well-maintained environment essential for delivering high-quality healthcare services.
The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Location: In-person, Country Meadows
• Pay: $23–$25 hourly
• Mission: Serve as the point person for all office manager duties, ensuring efficient maintenance, supplies, billing, and scheduling within the healthcare facility.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Office Maintenance: Maintain the office condition and arrange all necessary repairs to ensure a functional workspace.
• Resource Management: Organize the office layout and procure essential stationery and equipment efficiently.
• Administrative Oversight: Manage office operations and procedures, handling daily tasks such as mailing, supplies, bills, errands, and shopping.
• Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings and appointments for the office, maintaining an organized calendar.
• Financial Management: Oversee the office’s General and Administrative budget, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and manage contracts and price negotiations with vendors and service providers.
The Must-Haves
• Background: This is a Manager level role. Requires graduation from a one (1) or two (2) year business college, providing a strong foundation in business principles.
• Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in hospice or healthcare is preferred, demonstrating relevant industry knowledge.
• Skills: Knowledge of business billing and ordering procedures, strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in computer operations, understanding of business operating principles, and familiarity with medical terminology.
