• Mission: To assist the Store Manager in the successful oversight of stationstore operations, ensuring high standards for customer service, staff performance, and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Oversight: Assist the Store Manager with the comprehensive oversight of all Stationstore operations, ensuring efficient daily functioning and adherence to company standards.
• Staff Leadership & Development: Contribute to the hiring process, supervise team members, and actively work with staff to accomplish daily tasks while fostering a motivated and productive work environment.
• Financial & Merchandising Management: Execute bookkeeping responsibilities and manage merchandising efforts, ensuring displays are attractive and compliant with company guidelines.
• Food Program Implementation: Take charge of implementing and rigorously executing the company’s high-standard food program, maintaining quality and consistency.
• Customer Service Excellence: Provide fast and friendly service, setting a clear example for the rest of the staff and ensuring high standards of customer interaction are consistently met.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Managerial career level with a strong foundational understanding of retail operations, leadership principles, and customer service advocacy.
• Experience: Required experience includes prior supervisor or management roles within a retail environment. Candidates must also possess demonstrated skills in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring personnel. Practical experience handling food and executing food programs is also a necessary qualification.
• Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, including effective delegation and follow-up. Strong organizational and planning skills for managing store operations. Competence in financial tasks such as cash-handling and bookkeeping. Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities, and a commitment to maintaining safety and security protocols.
• Bonus: A High School Degree or a College Degree is preferred for this position.
