What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Rehabilitation Services: Oversee and direct the full scope of rehabilitation therapy services provided within the Skilled Nursing Facility, ensuring all programs align with patient needs and facility objectives.
• Program Development and Implementation: Be responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of effective rehabilitation programs for SNF residents, adapting strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Direct Patient Care Provision: Actively provide hands-on rehabilitation therapy as needed, leveraging your specialized skills to assist patients in regaining function, mobility, and independence.
• Team Coordination and Supervision: Coordinate daily therapy operations and, where applicable, supervise rehabilitation staff to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to professional standards and best practices.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all rehabilitation services comply with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as facility policies, maintaining high standards of quality assurance for patient care and documentation.

• Background: The ideal candidate will be an experienced Director-level Rehabilitation Therapist with a strong professional background specifically within Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environments. This role requires comprehensive knowledge of rehabilitation principles, practices, and patient care management in a long-term care setting.
• Experience: This is a travel employment opportunity spanning 13 weeks, requiring commitment to an ASAP start date. The position mandates 40 hours per week, structured around 8-hour day shifts. Candidates should possess a proven track record of effectively leading and managing rehabilitation services.
