Fall 2026 Intern, Football Coaches | Game Seven Agency

The Tone:
This is a paid internship at Game Seven Agency, located in Chicago, IL. The program offers participants a unique hybrid opportunity to apply classroom learnings while contributing to the organization’s success, with approximately three days a week spent gaining valuable in-office experience. Game Seven Agency focuses on managing and representing football coaches, and this role is crucial for supporting the agency’s operational success by building and maintaining critical data infrastructure. Interns gain hands-on experience in client management and strategic projects, directly impacting the agency’s ability to serve its football coaching clients. Please note that interns are responsible for their own transportation and housing needs for the duration of the program.

What You’ll Actually Do
Data Sourcing: Issue requests to all applicable universities and organize all incoming responses.
Database Development: Manage the construction of comprehensive college football and NFL coaching databases.
Contract Review: Review and analyze coaches’ employment contracts to extract pertinent information.
Marketing Support: Aid in the updating of client marketing materials.
Analytics Contribution: Assist with inputting coaching, personnel, and organizational data into AI-powered databases to support research and analytics projects.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum of completing your junior year of undergraduate study, or currently enrolled in a graduate program, or possessing a bachelor’s or postgraduate degree. This intern role is designed for individuals seeking to apply their academic knowledge in a professional setting.
• Experience: Availability to work between 24 and 29.9 hours per week for the duration of the Fall Program (September 14th, 2026 – December 10th, 2026). Must be available to report to the Chicago office approximately three days a week, with specific office days coordinated with an advisor’s schedule.
• Skills: Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion; strong organizational and data management skills for collecting, structuring, and maintaining complex databases; analytical aptitude for reviewing and interpreting detailed employment contracts.
