Clinic Operations Director | Cardinal Pediatric Therapies

The TL;DR

• Team: Leads BCBAs, Behavior Technicians, and support staff.
• Mission: Own the operational performance of the clinic, making decisions that directly influence client experience, team engagement, financial performance, and long-term growth.
• Tech Stack: CRM, EHR, scheduling systems (e.g., HubSpot, CentralReach)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Own Clinic Operations: Make decisions that directly influence client experience, team engagement, financial performance, and long-term growth of the clinic.
• Lead Team Development: Build, lead, and support BCBAs, Behavior Technicians, and support staff to create a team that is consistent, reliable, and growing.
• Manage Client Access: Oversee staffing, scheduling, admissions, and onboarding processes to ensure timely client access to services.
• Drive Performance with Data: Use data to identify trends, solve operational problems, and improve clinic performance proactively.
• Expand Community Presence: Develop referral relationships and identify opportunities for sustainable growth to expand Cardinal’s presence in the community.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Director-level experience in ABA, healthcare operations, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of three years of experience in ABA, healthcare operations, or a related field; demonstrated leadership experience managing teams, operations, or multiple locations.
• Skills: Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and drive performance; ability to communicate professionally with team members, families, and external partners.
• Bonus: Experience in multi-site operations or clinic-based environments; working knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services and service delivery models; experience in admissions, scheduling, or operational growth initiatives; experience with CRM, EHR, or scheduling systems (e.g., HubSpot, CentralReach); experience managing budgets, forecasting, or financial performance.
