This role is crucial for supporting these efforts by collaborating with team members to assist in planning, producing, and delivering content that aligns with the organization’s goals and supports impactful outreach initiatives. What You’ll Actually Do
• Content Creation: Assist in the comprehensive process of creating, reviewing, and ensuring the timely distribution of both internal communications, which keep team members informed, and external communications designed to reach a broader audience.
• Outreach Material Production: Support the development and production of various outreach materials, including detailed presentations for stakeholders and engaging promotional content intended to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Community & On-Site Engagement: Actively participate in community engagement efforts and contribute to on-site communications initiatives, fostering direct interaction and building relationships with different audiences.
• Social Media Management: Help with the day-to-day management of social media platforms, which includes scheduling diverse content to maintain a regular presence and actively engaging with the audience through interactions and responses.
• Campaign Research & Evaluation: Conduct relevant research, monitor current communication trends, and assist in evaluating the overall performance of communication campaigns to identify areas of success and opportunities for improvement.

• Background: Entry-Level. Enthusiasm for learning and developing within a communications-focused role, coupled with professional confidence when engaging with diverse audiences.
• Experience: No specific years of experience required.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities; highly reliable and organized in a collaborative environment.
• Bonus: Basic knowledge of social media, marketing, or communication practices.
