Center Director BCBA | Big Dreamers ABA

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Big Dreamers ABA, located in Doraville, GA. Big Dreamers ABA is a premier provider of ABA therapy services, supporting children diagnosed with autism who benefit from additional assistance in-home, school-based, and center-based settings. This role is crucial for leading a new center, building and managing a clinical team, overseeing daily operations, and driving both clinical quality and growth from the ground up.

• Mission: Lead daily center operations, ensure clinical quality, and drive growth for a new ABA therapy center.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Center Operations: Lead daily operations of the center, overseeing scheduling, staffing, utilization, productivity, and client census.
• Clinical Supervision: Supervise and mentor BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality ABA therapy services.
• Clinical Oversight: Oversee assessments, treatment plans, BIPs, progress monitoring, and documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant requirements.
• Growth and Relations: Build relationships with schools, pediatricians, diagnostic providers, and community organizations to grow the center and expand services, while maintaining strong communication with clients and families.
• Billable Expectations: Manage an initial billable expectation of approximately 20 hours per week, which will decrease as the center establishes itself.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. This role requires a director-level professional with leadership or center-based management experience.
• Experience: At least three years of pediatric ABA experience and at least two years of leadership or center-based management experience. Experience with Medicaid and commercial insurance requirements is also required.
• Skills: Active BCBA certification in good standing, active Georgia LBA, strong knowledge of assessments, treatment planning, BIPs, supervision, and clinical documentation, along with strong communication, organization, judgment, and people-management skills.
• Bonus: Previous experience running or helping operate an ABA clinic is strongly preferred.
