The Tone:
This is an internship at ERO Resources Corporation, located in an ERO designated office with a hybrid work schedule option. ERO Resources Corporation is seeking a Marketing Intern to provide essential day-to-day support to its marketing team. This role is crucial for assisting with graphics, written content, and updates to existing materials, ensuring brand consistency, and maintaining an organized archive of marketing assets.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Editing: Implement edits and updates to existing marketing materials and graphics based on provided updates.
• Content Management: Populate pre-built templates using provided content and update them with finalized information.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency with brand standards across all marketing materials.
• Asset Organization: Keep marketing assets organized, properly named, and maintain asset folders.
• Team Support: Provide general administrative and coordination support, assisting with daily requests and small assignments.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, journalism, communications, graphic design, or a related field.
• Experience: Relevant coursework in graphic design, digital media, marketing, or writing; demonstrated interest in marketing, branding, or visual communications.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Illustrator; strong copywriting and proofreading skills; graphic design fundamentals and layout awareness; attention to detail and accuracy.
• Bonus: Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere; ability to follow brand standards and directions closely; willingness to learn internal processes and tools.
