What You’ll Actually Do
• Compliance Review: Review employee Travel Expense Claims (TECs) to ensure adherence to California Department of Human Resources, State Controllers Office, State Administrative Manual, Board of Control, and departmental policies, rules, and regulations.
• Claim Processing: Process received Travel Expense Claims (TECs) within a 10-day timeframe.
• Scheduling Assistance: Assist in scheduling claims and claim cuts, ensuring their completion and submission for signature within one day of the face sheet date.
• Research and Resubmission: Research claim cuts and facilitate their resubmission within 10 working days.
• Payment Verification: Verify and collect any duplicated payments to ensure fiscal accuracy.
