What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by managing product inquiries, pricing, and order status via in-person, phone, and digital channels.
• Order Fulfillment: Process orders, coordinate deliveries, and ensure accurate and timely fulfillment while maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.
• Branch Support: Perform general warehouse duties, including sorting, stocking, labeling products, and setting up merchandise displays in a safe and organized environment.
• Inventory Management: Adhere to inventory procedures for accurate tracking, inspect returned and damaged goods, and verify shipments, promptly reporting discrepancies.
• System Proficiency: Maintain proficiency in company systems for data entry, messaging, documentation, and queue updates to ensure efficient service delivery.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or GED equivalent, coupled with core domain knowledge in customer service and basic product sales.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of customer service experience across various interaction channels.
• Skills: Proficient in MS Office suite, strong aptitude for numerical analysis and mathematical operations, and skilled in office technology tools.
