• Mission: This person will assist in creating and implementing diverse programs that enrich the recreational, social, and developmental lives of residents.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Planning: Assist in developing a diverse range of recreational, social, educational/intellectual, cultural, physical, emotional, and spiritual programs, ensuring they cater to the varied interests and needs of residents.
• Program Implementation: Help execute planned life enrichment activities and events, ensuring smooth operation and active resident participation in accordance with established schedules.
• Program Evaluation: Support the assessment of program effectiveness, gather feedback, and contribute to the ongoing evaluation process to ensure continuous improvement and resident satisfaction.
• Resident-Centered Care: Work closely with resident assessments and individual care plans to tailor programs, ensuring activities meet specific needs and promote the holistic well-being of each resident.
• Supervisor Directives: Operate under the guidance and direction of your supervisor, fulfilling assigned tasks and responsibilities to support the overall goals of the life enrichment department.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Candidates must be either currently enrolled in a high school program or have successfully obtained a high school diploma or its equivalent.
• Experience: No specific prior professional experience is explicitly required for this role, with the primary qualification being educational attainment.
• Skills: Demonstrated ability to assist with activity planning and organization; capacity for supporting the implementation of various programs; aptitude for contributing to program evaluation efforts; strong commitment to following resident care plans and individual directives; and the ability to work effectively under supervisor guidance.
