What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational and Administrative Support: Assist banking staff with daily operational tasks such as processing transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative assistance.
• Customer Service: Support customer service efforts by responding to client inquiries and providing information about banking products and services.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct basic financial analysis and assist in preparing reports to support decision-making processes.
• Regulatory Learning: Participate in team meetings and training sessions to gain insights into banking regulations, compliance, and risk management.
• Project Collaboration: Collaborate on special projects that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience within the bank.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, showcasing strong academic performance and a demonstrated interest in the banking or financial services industry.
• Experience: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously, contributing to daily operations and various projects.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Bonus: Previous internship or work experience in a financial institution or related industry, familiarity with banking software or financial analysis tools, a basic understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards, or demonstrated leadership or involvement in finance-related student organizations.
