Front Desk Specialist/Care Coordinator | Nuvia Dental Implant Center

Front Desk Specialists/Care Coordinators are key to bringing new patients to Nuvia, helping future patients find us through driving patient reviews, which provides the rewarding experience of being a part of patients receiving life changing smiles every day.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Patient Welcome and Environment Cultivation: Greet and welcome patients to Nuvia Dental Implant Center, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued from the moment they arrive, and cultivate a consistently positive and welcoming environment throughout the office.
• Comprehensive Appointment and Scheduling Management: Efficiently manage all patient appointments, including scheduling and rescheduling, to ensure optimal patient flow throughout the office, while also reviewing the daily schedule and preparing for any special requests.
• Financial Processing and Patient Guidance: Handle all billing and payment processing, answer patient billing questions, and provide clear and concise information about treatment plans, procedures, and financing options.
• Collaborative Team Support and Communication: Work closely and communicate effectively with other team members, such as doctors, dental assistants, and sales consultants, and actively participate in daily huddles to achieve shared goals and provide seamless patient care.
• Patient Engagement and Feedback Generation: Actively seek and gather patient feedback, proactively encouraging them to share their positive experiences online to help future patients discover Nuvia, and build strong patient relationships by connecting personally.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates must possess current BLS certification. This is an Early-Career position, welcoming individuals ready to make a significant impact in a patient-focused environment.
• Experience: No specific prior years of experience are strictly required for this role; however, candidates should demonstrate a natural ability to quickly grasp new processes and systems in a dynamic dental office setting.
• Skills: Possess strong interpersonal skills, a warm and empathetic demeanor, and a team-oriented mindset. Additionally, candidates should be sales-oriented, results-focused, and highly adaptable to meet the evolving needs of patients and the practice.
