HR Operations & Office Coordinator | FADU

This entry-level or junior position is crucial for supporting HR administration and office operations within FADU’s U.S. office. What You’ll Actually Do
• Policy Administration: Support the implementation and administration of established HR policies and programs for the U.S. organization.
• HR Operations: Assist with core HR administration tasks, including payroll, employee benefits, and time and attendance management.
• Employee Lifecycle: Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes and meticulously maintain employee information and HR documentation.
• Communication Coordination: Coordinate HR-related communications with employees and FADU’s headquarters in South Korea.
• Office Management: Support general office operations, company events, and other essential administrative activities.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Hold an Associate degree or higher, or possess an equivalent combination of education, internship experience, and relevant work experience. Candidates should be entry-level or have up to three years of relevant work experience.
• Experience: Professional working proficiency in both English and Korean is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams.
• Skills: Demonstrate strong attention to detail, the ability to handle confidential information appropriately, strong organizational skills, and the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities accurately and reliably.
• Bonus: An academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred, as is internship or work experience in HR, payroll, employee benefits, or office administration. A basic understanding of U.S. workplace culture and employment laws is a plus, along with a proactive attitude and an interest in gaining broad experience across HR and administrative functions.
