Red Oak is a joint venture between two Fortune 20 leading healthcare companies, CVS Health and Cardinal Health, focused on securing generic pharmaceuticals for both organizations. This role is critical for maintaining contract integrity and data accuracy, offering the opportunity for career advancement and direct interaction with the parent organizations in a collegial environment. The pharmaceutical sourcing team applies innovative strategies to bring generic pharmaceuticals to market more efficiently.

• Mission: Supports Red Oak Sourcing’s contract-related and data validation activities, primarily focused on contract maintenance, validation, data entry, auditing, and data reconciliations.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Azure Data Platform, Contract Logix, Microsoft Excel
What You’ll Actually Do
• Contract Execution: Timely and accurate execution of contractual activities including preparation, validation, execution, audits, document retention, and reporting.
• Contract Loading Management: Work cross-functionally with internal and external partners to process and monitor the loading of contracts into systems.
• Data System Maintenance: Perform data entry and system maintenance associated with contracts within Red Oak Sourcing’s internal custom applications and Microsoft Azure Data Platform.
• Formulary Alignment: Manage contract and formulary alignment, ensuring coordination with both Cardinal Health and CVS Health.
• Content System Administration: Act as a Super User and System Administrator for the Contract Logix content management system.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work streams effectively.
• Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, meticulous attention to detail for data accuracy, and proven troubleshooting abilities for data reconciliation issues.
• Bonus: Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
