Media Coordinator | Hart

The Tone:
This is an entry-level, hybrid role at Hart, an independent brand transformation agency, requiring in-person work Tuesday-Thursday weekly, within driving distance of their Detroit, Columbus, or Toledo offices. Hart creates growth for middle-market companies by designing and deploying empowering, unified brand experiences. This position is crucial for assisting the Media Planners and Buyers across all media channels, providing hands-on training and experience within the media department.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategy Development: Assist the media team in strategy development by pulling syndicated data, then synthesizing, summarizing, and visualizing findings.
• Media Trafficking: Support media trafficking and tagging by communicating creative specs, aiding in trafficking documents, creating GTM tags, and assisting with tag/pixel placement.
• Vendor Communication: Communicate with media vendors to collect and evaluate proposals, address questions, support media execution, issue IOs, and manage billing processes.
• Digital Stewardship: Access digital platforms, including social and DSPs, to export data, monitor and adjust media plans, ensure proper pacing, and support platform-specific execution of media buys.
• Financial Management: Assist in budget reporting, flowchart development, invoice clearing, payment approval, and maintain ongoing internal communications with account groups and accounting.

• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field; entry-level career.
• Experience: No specific years mentioned; Microsoft Office experience, especially Excel, is essential.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, able to multi-task, self-starter.
