Intern, MINI Marketing – Fall 2026 | BMW Group
The Tone:
This is a part-time internship position at BMW Group, located in Woodcliff Lake, NJ, for the Fall 2026 rotation. BMW Group is a global leader in the automotive industry, renowned for its premium vehicles and the iconic MINI brand. This role is crucial for supporting the MINI USA Marketing team, contributing to the development and execution of campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement in a dynamic market.

• Mission: To support the MINI USA Marketing team in driving brand engagement and visibility through effective campaign execution, social media management, and event coordination.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Campaign Development: Support the MINI USA Marketing team in developing, executing, and reporting on various marketing campaigns.
• Content Creation: Contribute to social media planning and content creation across platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
• Partnership Coordination: Aid in the coordination of influencer and partnership initiatives for the brand.
• Market Research: Investigate competitive marketing trends and effectively present key findings to the team.
• Event Logistics: Provide planning and logistical support for experiential marketing events.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university, with at least 60 college credit hours completed and a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. A field of study in Marketing or Communications is preferred.
• Experience: Prior internship and/or relevant work experience is required, along with US Work Authorization.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent time-management, organizational, and planning abilities, self-motivation, adaptability to dynamic environments, and strong capability to work both independently and collaboratively. Fluent oral and written English is essential.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Adobe Analytics and previous experience working with automotive dealer operations and data analysis.
