Executive Business Partner | WealthPlus

This role serves as the trusted right hand to the CEO, ensuring their day-to-day operations and a wide range of professional and personal priorities run smoothly. • Team: Office of the CEO, reports to the Chief Executive Officer
• Mission: This person solves for the CEO’s efficiency and seamless operation by anticipating needs and managing a wide range of priorities.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Teams)

What You’ll Actually Do
• CEO Support: Act as the CEO’s right hand by anticipating needs, managing competing professional and personal priorities, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Communication Management: Oversee the CEO’s inbox and communications, including screening, drafting, and responding to correspondence on their behalf.
• Financial & Records Management: Handle expense reporting, reimbursements, and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for the CEO.
• Office Operations: Ensure the smooth functioning of the office environment, including managing supplies, greeting guests, and coordinating with vendors and building management.
• Project Coordination: Lead and support various ad hoc projects for the CEO and collaborate with the Chief of Staff on day-to-day coordination and cross-functional follow-through.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Recent graduate with the drive and organizational capabilities to grow into the role.
• Experience: Proven ability to manage a complex executive calendar, competing priorities, and coordinate with finance for expense reconciliation.
• Skills:
• Exceptional written communication for drafting executive correspondence.
• High degree of discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Teams) and comfort adopting new tools quickly.
• Ability to operate proactively and autonomously, anticipating needs and driving tasks to completion without close oversight.
• Bonus:
• Familiarity with fintech.
• Prior experience coordinating both professional and personal logistics for an executive.
• Experience managing office operations, vendor coordination, or supply ordering.
