This Senior Fund Administrator role is critical for driving client service excellence and operational efficiency within the funds trade processing and settlements function, directly contributing to the bank’s ability to support its clients and global operations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Drive technical excellence to meet target deliverables and KPIs, guiding administrators to achieve optimal performance and increase overall team productivity and quality.
• Support: Provide seamless support for re-migration and onboarding of new business and funds, ensuring alignment with the Global Operating Model.
• Improve: Promote continuous improvement of processes, identify opportunities for capacity creation and efficiency, and deliver excellent client service within standard models.
• Manage: Proactively assess and mitigate operational risks by adhering to process and FIM guidelines, internal controls, and relevant procedures to ensure no impact to the business.
• Collaborate: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including brokers and investment managers, to drive service excellence, manage MI related activities, and deputize for the Line Manager as required.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting with a complete understanding of the Trade Life Cycle.
• Experience: 3-5 years in relevant trade processing, settlements, SSI Setup, and SSI Confirmation, with demonstrated ability to handle teams and monitor operational goals.
• Skills: Technical excellence, strong analytical mind, efficient time management, effective communication, strong accounting concepts, and excellent knowledge of Capital Markets and Financial instruments.
• Bonus: Understanding of Accounting & Valuation, experience working on the Aladdin platform, knowledge of trade platforms like Calypso/MARKIT/Geneva/Trade Flow /TLM /Multifonds, proficiency in Bloomberg and/or Reuters, and basic knowledge in custody, brokerage, depository, clearing agent, and reconciliations.
