• Mission: To support internal and external clients primarily through a “service to sales” role covering the entirety of the investment platform and experience.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Support: Provide exceptional support and issue resolution to Citi Private Bank Investment Clients and internal partners.
• Client Interaction: Provide call coverage for advisors to support incoming client requests, including placing securities trades and managing account documentation.
• Investment Documentation: Prepare and interface with clients on subscription documents for Alternative Investments, such as Private Equity and Hedge Funds.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Create investment mandates for discretionary accounts, ensure strict adherence to client Investment Objective Settings, and monitor risk metrics across the team.
• Operational Liaison: Handle inquiries and requests related to investment operations and build rapport with operational, product partner, and trading desk staffs.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s/University degree required; core domain knowledge includes experience and interest in financial markets and concepts, with a focus on client service within investment firms.
• Experience: 5-8 years of overall experience; minimum 3 years of client service or investment assistant experience within a registered broker dealer or registered investment adviser firm.
• Skills: Series 7 & 66 registration (or commitment to acquire within 3 months of employment), PowerPoint expertise, Excel expertise, excellent interpersonal skills, and a self-starter attitude.
• Bonus: Basic understanding of investment and financial planning strategies.
