What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Planning: Assist in the development of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for the organization.
• Performance Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial performance evaluation.
• Model Development: Build and maintain financial models to support business planning, scenario analysis, and decision-making.
• Strategic Support: Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives and business plans by providing financial analysis and evaluation.
• Process Optimization: Implement process improvements and automation to optimize the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of work experience in Finance or finance-related roles.
• Experience: Minimum 0-2 years of work experience within Finance or finance-related roles.
• Skills: Basic awareness of budgeting, forecasting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills within FP&A.
