Corporate Analyst, Finance | Kestra Financial

The Tone:

This role is crucial for supporting the company’s consolidated financial reporting, cash flow forecasting, and finance systems transformation initiatives, helping to drive accurate reporting, forward-looking financial insights, and scalable processes as the company grows.

• Mission: Driving accurate reporting, forward-looking financial insights, and scalable processes through financial reporting, cash flow forecasting, and finance systems transformation in a multi-entity environment.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Close: Support the consolidated financial close process across multiple legal entities.
• Reporting Preparation: Assist in preparation of consolidated reporting for monthly management, Board and lender materials, and budget and forecast deliverables.
• Cash Flow Forecasting: Develop monthly and quarterly cash flow forecasts, including P&L, balance sheet, liquidity assumptions, scenario modeling, and M&A integration impacts.
• System Enhancement: Support implementation and ongoing enhancement of CPM / FP&A tools such as Anaplan and Pigment, including requirements gathering, testing, and validation.
• Finance Transformation: Contribute to finance transformation initiatives focused on scalability, automation, and control, transitioning reporting and forecasting from manual to system-driven solutions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a deep understanding of corporate reporting consolidation processes, multi-channel financial reporting, and financial accounting principles.
• Experience: 2-5 years’ experience using advanced Excel functionality, along with hands-on experience leading ERP implementations and post-implementation support.
• Skills: Highly analytical, detail-oriented, with strong knowledge of finance, accounting, and controls within enterprise systems, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Bonus: Proven ability to partner effectively across business lines and influence senior stakeholders.
