• Mission: Lead core financial planning processes, including budgeting and forecasting, to support strategic business analysis and ensure financial data integrity.
• Tech Stack: MS Excel (advanced), SQL (preferred)
What You’ll Actually Do
• Budget Leadership: Lead the development and management of the annual budgeting process, applying advanced statistical analysis.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather financial data, analyze trends, and develop accurate and achievable departmental budgets.
• Strategic Oversight: Oversee forecasting, long-term planning, and strategic business analysis.
• Cash Flow Monitoring: Monitor and project cash flow, reporting to Finance leadership regularly.
• Data Integration: Work with various departments to ensure data integrity and integrate financial planning with operational activities.
The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field is required.
• Experience: 3+ years of financial analysis experience or in a related field is required, with advanced proficiency in statistical and forecasting models using MS Excel.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, alongside excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bonus: SQL experience is highly preferred.
