What You’ll Actually Do
• Platform Management: Manage and support the financial reporting platform used by multiple departments, ensuring reliable performance and consistent reporting outputs.
• Data Accuracy: Work closely with business partners and finance stakeholders to review allocation methods and confirm the accuracy of financial data.
• Performance Analysis: Evaluate month-end results and forecast changes, then summarize key drivers and business impacts for finance leadership.
• Reporting Submission: Prepare and submit financial information into corporate consolidation tools in support of enterprise reporting requirements.
• Leadership Reporting: Produce monthly financial statements and reporting packages for senior finance leaders to use during close and forecast discussions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in finance or accounting, ideally within a large corporate environment, including variance review, financial analysis, and interpreting trends in complex data sets.
• Skills: Advanced Excel skills (formulas, data analysis, Pivot Tables), strong organizational and time management skills, clear written and verbal communication skills, self-directed, detail-oriented approach with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Bonus: Experience with Power BI, project leadership, global manufacturing environments, or enterprise financial systems.
