• Mission: This role is responsible for the precise calculation, analysis, and reporting of product pricing for federal and state government programs to ensure compliance and support contract obligations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Calculation & Submission: Calculate, analyze, and validate government pricing data for monthly, quarterly, and annual submissions to federal and state government agencies.
• Data Analysis: Review and analyze transaction data, including sales, chargebacks, fees, and rebates, to ensure proper inclusion and exclusion in accordance with established government pricing methodologies.
• 340B Management: Manage quarterly 340B pricing calculations, including analysis of Average Manufacturer Price (AMP) and Unit Rebate Amount (URA), preparing required submissions, and supporting audits.
• Program Administration: Support the administration of Medicaid-related programs, including State Pharmaceutical Assistance Programs (SPAP), AIDS Drug Assistance Programs (ADAP), and supplemental rebate programs.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal functional areas, such as Contracts & Pricing, Trade Operations, and Legal, to resolve issues impacting government pricing calculations and reporting.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, with a focus on pharmaceutical government pricing.
• Experience: 4 to 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical government pricing, finance, accounting, or related healthcare industry roles.
• Skills: Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail; working knowledge of government pricing programs including Medicaid, AMP, URA, and 340B.
• Bonus: MBA or advanced degree; knowledge of pharmaceutical contracting, rebates, chargebacks, and managed care concepts.
