Macro Desk – Administrative Assistant | U.S. Bank

This role is crucial in supporting the Macro Products Group leaders across constantly evolving initiatives, ensuring their operations run smoothly and effectively.

The TL;DR
• Role: Administrative Assistant

• Pay: $22.50–$30.00 hourly
• Team: Supports Macro Products Group leaders
• Mission: Support Macro Products Group leaders in managing evolving initiatives and ensuring efficient operations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Macro Policy Management: Update, review, and maintain the inventory of Macro Policies and Procedures, identifying areas for consolidation, removal, or change to improve efficiency and time savings.
• Regulatory Compliance Support: Review and maintain regulatory required official storage locations, ensuring they are accessible within compressed timelines and contain all necessary information and approvals.
• Financial & Office Operations: Continuously analyze and challenge vendor invoices to manage expenses, and maintain IT infrastructure while assisting with office planning and enhancements.
• New Hire & Client Engagement: Organize new hire onboarding, including regulatory required training and FINRA registrations, and plan and deliver client engagement activities both internally and at outside locations, including corporate travel.
• Group Communications & General Support: Prepare Macro group communications, such as memos, emails, and calendar updates, and provide general office assistance and support to the Macro team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Typically five or more years of experience in administrative and support staff activities.
• Skills: Decision-making, communications and collaboration, organizational skills, professional writing, and analytical aptitude.
• Bonus: Ability to handle escalations and foster trust and confidence in abilities.
