Financial Analyst | Redirect Health

The Tone:
This is a hybrid role at Redirect Health, located in Phoenix, AZ, with required in-office days each week. Redirect Health exists to make healthcare affordable for small businesses and people who cannot afford traditional employer insurance. As a Financial Analyst, your work will directly influence strategic initiatives, drive efficiency, and contribute to our mission of making healthcare affordable for all. You will help real people navigate a confusing system with empathy, accountability, and simplicity.

• Pay: $80000 yearly
• Team: Finance team, reporting to CFO / Finance Director
• Mission: Support business partners, leadership, and decision-makers with clear analysis, forecasting, and reporting to influence strategic initiatives.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for business partners.
• Reporting: Complete monthly variance reporting for multiple department budgets.
• Financial Modeling: Build models to analyze data, explain variances, and prepare presentation materials.
• Business Partnership: Partner with the business to provide insights on spending trends and cost-saving initiatives.
• Analysis: Perform variance and trend analysis while highlighting risks and opportunities in relation to budget, forecast, and prior years.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a finance role, with high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint).
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, understanding of accounting concepts with excellent attention to detail, and proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Bonus: 1–3 years of experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
