This early-career role is critical for contributing to complex transactions and supporting deal execution, helping clients achieve their business goals through asset advisory, restructuring, lending, or investment.

• Mission: Solve problems and own tasks related to asset valuation, deal execution, and transaction support across diverse industries and asset classes.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze: Gain firsthand experience in financial analysis, modeling, and valuation across multiple business units.
• Execute: Contribute to high-impact, cross-functional deal teams supporting transactions and strategic initiatives.
• Learn: Participate in structured training covering accounting, asset valuation, and transaction support.
• Observe: Shadow senior team members and attend pipeline and strategy meetings to understand deal flow and strategic decision-making.
• Develop: Build subject matter expertise in specific asset classes or business lines within the company.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: Relevant professional experience suitable for an early-career program.
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative capabilities; clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal; self-motivated, curious, and collaborative approach.
• Bonus: 1–3 years of relevant professional experience preferred; demonstrated interest in asset valuation, restructuring, and investment advisory.
