Senior Research Analyst | StoneX Group Inc.

The Tone:
This is a permanent, full-time role at StoneX Group Inc., located in any of our US offices. StoneX Group is a Fortune-100, Nasdaq-listed provider connecting over 400,000 retail and institutional clients to global markets across five continents. This role is crucial for delivering high-quality research and analysis, fostering key relationships with company executives and institutional investors, and aligning StoneX offerings with client needs. The Senior Research Analyst contributes to providing world-class products and services to investors through expert market and industry insights.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Research: Publish high quality, comprehensive analysis and research on industry sectors, companies, financial markets, and economic development.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with company executives through regular contact, interviews, and company visits.
• Representation: Represent StoneX, convey research opinions, and respond to inquiries at industry events, investment conferences, and meetings with institutional investors.
• Client Solutions: Align diverse StoneX offerings to client needs as a creative problem solver.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree with significant experience in a related industry, suitable for a highly seasoned professional requiring substantial knowledge and expertise in a complex field, ideally as a Senior Sell Side Analyst.
• Experience: At least 5 years of investment research experience, specifically with 15+ names under coverage, and a proven track record of fostering corporate relationships and building complex computer-generated financial models.
• Skills: Required FINRA Series 7, 63, 86, and 87 licenses; strong conceptual, critical thinking, analytical, accounting, and financial statement analysis skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex financial information; client service orientation; ability to work independently in support of team goals; proficiency in Microsoft Office, FactSet, and other investment industry standard data sources.
• Bonus: A CFA, MBA, CPA, or another technical designation is preferred.
