What You’ll Actually Do
• Partner: Serve as the dedicated FP&A business partner for R&D and ICT functions, providing finance support to budget owners located in Boston and San Mateo.
• Analyze: Analyze current and past financial data and performance to develop recommendations for profit enhancement.
• Evaluate: Consistently analyze financial information derived from both routine and ad-hoc reports.
• Interpret: Interpret complex financial data to identify changing trends, patterns, and their significance related to key performance indicators.
• Communicate: Communicate critical financial insights to management, highlighting identified business issues.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance, or demonstrate equivalent experience.
• Experience: Have 0 to 3 years of experience in financial analysis and modeling, including global experience.
• Skills: Exhibit advanced proficiency in Excel, combined with a strong analytical mindset to interpret and communicate financial data effectively.
