Customer Service Rep | Domino’s

What You’ll Actually Do
• Equipment Operation: Operate all store equipment necessary for food preparation and service.
• Ingredient Management: Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Product Preparation: Prepare food products according to Domino’s standards.
• Order Processing: Receive and accurately process customer orders received via telephone and in person.
• Facility Maintenance: Clean equipment and the facility on an approximate daily basis.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Others; must be 16 years of age or older.
• Experience: On-the-job training is provided; ability to work with others and alone; ability to work under stress.
• Skills: Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions; ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers; ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, and make correct monetary change; motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements with speed; ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
