What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Engagement: Provide personalized advice on Skechers products, ensuring customers find their perfect choice, driven by a commitment to exceptional service.
• Sales Contribution: Actively contribute to achieving both individual and store retail sales goals by understanding and promoting product offerings.
• Store Operations: Maintain an optimal store appearance by organizing displays, restocking shelves, managing merchandise, and assisting with physical tasks like lifting.
• Transaction Management: Accurately handle cashier responsibilities, processing payments, and ensuring a positive final impression for all customers.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues to create an inviting store environment that reflects the Skechers brand’s standards and values.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level retail professional eager to deliver high-quality customer service.
• Experience: Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Skills: Eager to deliver top-notch customer service, driven to meet sales goals, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Bonus: High school diploma or equivalent, and experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles are advantageous.
