Creative Designer Intern (TikTok-Design-LIVE) – 2026 Summer (BS/MS) | TikTok

What You’ll Actually Do
• Translate: Convert campaign briefs into compelling visuals, ensuring deliverables are engaging, polished, and aligned with stakeholders’ needs.
• Own: Take responsibility for requests end-to-end and support on larger, more complex projects, delivering work on time with minimal guidance.
• Partner: Collaborate with operations and stakeholders to clarify design needs and deliver solutions that resonate across diverse audiences.
• Apply: Utilize design theories, diverse perspectives, and platform specifications to produce high-quality outputs that scale effectively.
• Learn: Actively acquire new tools and techniques, share knowledge with peers, and stay updated on industry and platform trends.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree, specializing in creative design with a focus on visual campaigns.
• Experience: Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2026, with a required portfolio submission. Must demonstrate the ability to analyze business needs and propose actionable design solutions, alongside familiarity with design processes to meet campaign standards.
• Skills: Experienced knowledge in Illustration, 2D/3D Visual Design, UI Design, and AIGC.
• Bonus: A fast learner capable of quickly applying new knowledge and workflows, who is self-motivated, curious, and proactive in driving personal development.
