Logistics Partnership Management Project Intern (TikTok Shop – US Operation) – 2026 Start(BS/MS) | TikTok
The Tone:
This is an internship at TikTok, focused on its US Operation. TikTok is a global platform dedicated to inspiring creativity and bringing joy through short-form mobile video. This role is crucial for scaling the viral #TikTokMadeMeBuyIt phenomenon, pioneering content and creator commerce in the US, and establishing a secure and intuitive e-commerce ecosystem. As an intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects, gaining practical skills and real-world experience.

• Mission: Pioneer Content & Creator commerce in the US by building an e-commerce ecosystem that is secure and intuitive for users.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Partnership Development: Develop and manage strategic partnerships with global leading supply chain and logistics providers for TikTok Shop US, actively identifying, evaluating, and leading joint business plans focused on value creation.
• Procurement & Negotiation: Conduct comprehensive procurement activities, including carrier bidding and price negotiations, to reduce logistics costs through economies of scale while ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvements.
• Supplier Management: Establish and optimize a tiered supplier management system (SLA/KPI/risk alerts) to ensure seamless maintenance of vendor accounts, proactively addressing issues and improving carrier contract terms quarterly for price competitiveness and service quality.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential supply risks within the logistics and supply chain operations and develop robust mitigation plans to safeguard business continuity and platform reliability.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with internal business operation teams, strategy, and product development to deliver comprehensive carrier capability mapping and optimize resource allocation models for scaling operations.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student pursuing an Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Business Management, International Trade, or Supply Chain.
• Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in project management and statistical analysis.
• Skills: Presentation skills, written and verbal communication, financial report comprehension.
• Bonus: Proven experience in product operations, product management, data analysis, ads/search/recommendation systems, or related internships/projects.
