This role supports the Product-Led-Growth team, which focuses on helping businesses of all sizes succeed through TikTok’s advertising solutions. The intern will contribute to impactful projects that drive scalable advertiser growth by improving product experiences.

• Mission: To drive scalable advertiser growth by building product experiences that make it easier, faster, and more effective for customers to onboard, activate, and grow their business.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Support Senior Product Managers: Shape product strategies, roadmaps, PRDs, and user stories for growth initiatives focused on advertiser onboarding, activation, and SMB success.
• Conduct Research: Analyze markets, competitors, customers, and user behavior to identify SMB advertiser pain points, product gaps, and opportunities for data-driven personalization and AI-assisted growth experiences.
• Collaborate on Design: Partner with UX/UI Designers, Engineering, and Data Science to create intuitive advertiser journeys and AI-powered workflows that help advertisers launch and optimize campaigns efficiently.
• Measure Impact: Assist in defining success metrics, designing A/B tests, and analyzing funnel performance to improve advertiser acquisition, onboarding completion, activation, and long-term growth outcomes.
• Manage Product Backlog: Help track execution progress and coordinate feature delivery for high-impact PLG initiatives, ensuring timely launch, quality implementation, and clear stakeholder communication.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, or Data Science, with a strong interest in product-led growth and digital advertising.
• Experience: Prior internship or project experience in Product Development, Strategy, Data Analytics, Growth, or Consulting is preferred; experience related to SMB growth, self-serve platforms, or AI-enabled product experiences is highly preferred.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; analytical thinking; intellectual curiosity; ability to synthesize insights, structure recommendations, and break down ambiguous problems into actionable plans.
• Bonus: Enthusiasm for TikTok, TikTok Ads, and enabling small business growth through intuitive, scalable, and AI-driven advertising products.
