What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Provide full support to Galaxy Digital’s trading and investment operations.
• Management: Manage all aspects of OTC trade capture, reporting, and settlement.
• Oversight: Identify operational control gaps and suggest process improvements.
• Reconciliation: Conduct daily trade, position, and cash reconciliations.
• AI Adoption: Embrace and champion the thoughtful adoption of AI to improve team performance and business outcomes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level individual with an interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Operations with products, systems, and technology. Proven ability to work accurately and under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, quick learner, self-motivated and proactive, with effective communication within a team environment and across departments.
• Bonus: Experience in financial services, experience in crypto.
