Support Services Intern | ATB Technologies
The Tone:
This is an internship at ATB Technologies, located in Chesterfield, MO. ATB Technologies is an award-winning Managed Service Provider in St. Louis, recognized for crafting personalized IT solutions and fostering a supportive workplace. This role provides an opportunity to contribute to our frontline support team, resolving technical issues and ensuring a smooth experience for our clients. Interns will develop technical skills, gain exposure to real-world IT environments, and learn how we plan, implement, and improve technical processes.

• Pay: $15 hourly
• Team: Part of the frontline support team, working closely with Support Specialists.
• Mission: Resolve technical issues and ensure a smooth experience for our clients.
• Tech Stack: Windows, Mac, mobile devices, networking equipment, servers, firewalls, cloud technologies, ticketing system.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Support: Provide technical support for client systems, software, and hardware.
• Communication: Respond to incoming support requests with professionalism and clear communication.
• Documentation: Document issues and resolutions thoroughly in our ticketing system.
• System Monitoring: Monitor and troubleshoot client systems, including desktops, servers, firewalls, and networking equipment.
• Problem Solving: Assist in identifying and implementing solutions to customer issues.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student enrolled in a college or university program in Computer Science, IT, Network Administration, or Cybersecurity.
• Experience: Basic proficiency with Windows, Mac, and mobile devices. Preferred graduation date of December 2026, May 2027, or December 2027.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities; effective written and verbal communication for explaining technical concepts; ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Bonus: Familiarity with networking and cloud technologies; actively pursuing or holding relevant IT certifications.
