What You’ll Actually Do
• Empower: Help people grow, learn, and live well, taking pride in rewarding work.
• Connect: Develop real and meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve.
• Engage: Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities.
• Develop: Support participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Care: Assist people with their personal hygiene and support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time-management.
• Bonus: You are patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible, and possess a valid Driver’s license with access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
