Enrollment Agent I – National Mobile | IDEMIA Public Security

The Tone:
This is an early career position at IDEMIA Public Security, primarily looking for candidates in the Sacramento, CA area, with the expectation of significant national travel. The TL;DR

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Interaction & Sales: Provide superior customer service, track processing times for applicants, and identify opportunities to upsell retail products and services to customers.
• Biometric Data Capture: Perform precise biometric processing by capturing quality electronic fingerprints, photographs, and signatures, while verifying customer identity and scanning required documents into the database system.
• Equipment Operation & Maintenance: Operate and perform basic maintenance on fingerprinting and retail equipment, including troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues as needed.
• Administrative & Compliance: Execute administrative duties such as timekeeping, inventory management, daily activity reports, and requisitioning supplies, while strictly adhering to all company security, confidentiality, and enrollment center operational policies.
• National Travel & Support: Fulfill the national mobile aspect of the role by traveling frequently to various enrollment locations to provide backfill, conduct temporary events, and support operational needs, including meetings and trainings.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent degree. A strong interest in security, law enforcement, biometrics, and community safety is essential for this role.
• Experience: Minimum one (1) year of applicable experience is required. Candidates must be committed to flexibility, as evening and weekend work, with varied shifts, may be required.
• Skills: Superior customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to perform basic troubleshooting on computer hardware and software.
• Bonus: Previous experience processing credentials or previous sales experience is preferred, as is the ability to identify opportunities to add value for customers through upselling. Candidates must be US Citizens, eligible to rent a car (meeting age requirement of at least 21 years with a valid, non-suspended driver’s license), and possess reliable transportation.
