What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Provide high quality transactional support to business areas with a keen focus on productivity, accuracy, and customer service for business partners.
• Collaborate: Develop effective partnerships and work collaboratively with various areas as required.
• Teamwork: Operate as a team player, which includes backing up peers, constructively addressing conflict, and giving/receiving feedback.
• Compliance: Strictly adhere to privacy guidelines in all assigned tasks and interactions.
• Develop: Learn about various departmental and corporate functions, network with business partners and leaders, and participate in social events with other interns.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be enrolled and actively taking classes in an accredited 4-year college degree program or in an MBA program.
• Experience: Available to work at least 15 hours consistently during regular business hours Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm, with a minimum 9-month commitment to the internship program.
• Skills: Required GPA of 3.0 in major or overall, solid critical thinking and analytical skills, proficiency in MS Word and Excel, strong ability to work independently and be self-directed, strong time management skills, and solid communication skills both oral and written.
• Bonus: Prefer satisfactory completion of 2 years of college coursework, demonstrated openness to mastering new tasks and work processes, and comfort in a culture of coaching, ongoing feedback, and career development.
