This is a part-time internship at UBS, located in Phoenix, AZ. This internship offers a unique opportunity for students to join a WMA branch office, diving into a client-focused work environment. Interns will work directly with experts, gaining valuable insights into the financial industry, client relations, and the firm’s operations. The role is designed to foster skill development, allow participation in projects with real client impact, and facilitate the establishment of a professional network with mentors and business contacts, providing a substantial learning experience beyond typical resume entries.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Contribution: Contribute to client-focused projects, making a tangible impact on outcomes.
• Team Support: Provide direct assistance to wealth management experts in their daily operations.
• Industry Insight: Attend presentations led by WMA leaders to deepen understanding of the industry, culture, and strategic direction.
• Knowledge Acquisition: Gain product expertise through internal and external partner sessions to enhance team support.
• Event Management: Plan and organize marketing events and prepare promotional materials for the team.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student currently enrolled in either a two-year or four-year college or university program. Candidates should present a balanced resume highlighting solid academic performance, active campus involvement, and a clear, genuine interest in pursuing a career within Wealth Management.
• Experience: While no specific years of prior professional experience are required, applicants should be able to demonstrate practical application of core skills. This could include achievements such as successful participation in team sports, the organization and execution of volunteer projects, or excelling in challenging academic courses, showcasing a proactive approach and a commitment to tasks.
• Skills:
