What You’ll Actually Do
• Build: Participate in the development of new AI-powered applications.
• Support: Assist in maintaining and enhancing existing AI solutions.
• Automate: Contribute to designing and implementing workflow automations.
• Integrate: Work on integrating various APIs and client-facing tools.
• Design: Apply iterative design principles during product development phases.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Current Arkansas state resident. Ability to pass a standard background check. Demonstrated technical aptitude through projects, experience, or online learning.
• Experience: Ability to work 40 hours per week for the 3-month internship program. Eligibility to work full-time in the US without requiring visa sponsorship.
• Skills: Possess a high degree of curiosity and a genuine interest in continuously learning and adapting to new technologies.
• Bonus: Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar programming languages; foundational knowledge of frontend/backend development; understanding of iterative design principles; familiarity with APIs and integrations; comfort with quickly learning new tools; interest in AI, automation, real-world business workflows, and utilizing the latest AI technologies.
