What You’ll Actually Do
• Conduct: Perform comprehensive investment and market research to identify trends, evaluate opportunities, and inform strategic decisions.
• Analyze: Examine financial statements and business performance metrics to uncover insights and support data-driven conclusions.
• Prepare: Create detailed reports, concise investment summaries, compelling presentations, and regular stakeholder updates.
• Support: Assist with crucial forecasting and financial modeling activities, portfolio monitoring, and business strategy development processes.
• Maintain: Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of investment records and documentation, and coordinate effectively with internal teams on financial initiatives.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred, particularly in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related analytical field.
• Experience: Possesses 0–2 years of relevant experience in finance, administration, operations, or other support roles, demonstrating foundational workplace exposure.
• Skills: Exhibits strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, and proficiency in basic Microsoft Office and spreadsheet applications. Also capable of managing multiple priorities effectively and working independently in a remote setting with a professional, dependable, and results-oriented mindset.
• Bonus: Prior internship or entry-level finance experience; exposure to financial reporting or analysis; familiarity with core investment concepts; and experience with data analysis and reporting. A keen interest in investment management and business strategy is also valued.
