• Tech Stack: IT ticketing system, Teams messaging, laptops, smart TVs, tablets, printers, CAT6 cables, network hardware, Windows, Mac, Android, iOS
What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Develop and serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance via various communication channels like IT ticketing system, Teams, email, text, phone calls, or in-person requests.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and configure equipment such as laptops, smart TVs, tablets, printers, and other devices for end users.
• Infrastructure: Assist with physical infrastructure upgrades, including the installation of CAT6 cables and other network hardware.
• Ticket Resolution: Prioritize and resolve IT tickets in an effective and timely manner.
• General IT: Perform other duties as assigned to support IT operations and projects.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student level, with a working knowledge of IT systems, including laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Experience: Experience assisting users of varying technical abilities is required.
• Skills: Effective communication skills; a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, and reliable transportation for travel within Coeur d’Alene and Eastern Washington; time management skills and the ability to work under pressure when necessary.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems; ability to assist users with Android and iOS devices.
