What You’ll Actually Do
• Represent partner brands: Act as a brand ambassador at in-person promotional events throughout Bakersfield.
• Engage with customers: Initiate conversations, answer questions, and share product insights and exclusive offers.
• Create positive interactions: Ensure memorable customer experiences through clear and friendly communication.
• Contribute to sales goals: Work with your event lead to achieve daily sales targets and ensure smooth event activations.
• Develop professionally: Participate in ongoing coaching to build sales and event execution skills.
