• Mission: To support the finance team by analyzing financial data, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and contributing to accounting tasks to further financial initiatives.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Budgeting: Primarily assist with budgeting processes, contributing to financial planning and allocation.
• Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to interpret complex information and generate meaningful insights for the finance team.
• Forecasting Support: Aid in forecasting activities, helping to project future financial performance.
• Accounting Tasks: Contribute to various accounting tasks, gaining hands-on experience in financial record-keeping.
• Operational Support: Support day-to-day operational projects, applying financial knowledge to practical business initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Demonstrated knowledge of finance principles and experience working with financial statements. Possess a basic understanding of accounting concepts, ideally through relevant coursework.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data effectively. Effective communication skills for presenting ideas clearly and collaborating with team members. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
• Bonus: Familiarity with other relevant financial software is a plus.
