The Tone:
This is a Fall 2026 Artist Management internship at DreamWorks Animation, located in Glendale, CA. DreamWorks Animation is a leading producer of high-quality, award-winning animated films and series, creating immersive new worlds and compelling stories. This role is vital for providing essential administrative support to the Feature Production Departments, contributing to the studio’s commitment to building an inclusive and collaborative culture.

The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Type: Part-time (24 hours per week)
• Location: In-person, Glendale, CA
• Pay: $17.87 hourly
• Team: Artist Management team, supporting Feature Production Departments, Coordinators, and the VP of Artistic Resource Management
• Mission: Provide day-to-day administrative support to Feature Production Departments within the studio.
• Tech Stack: Google Suite office management software (Sheets, Docs, Gmail)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Provide: Provide day-to-day administrative support to assigned feature production departments.
• Collaborate: Work closely with various assigned feature production departments.
• Assist: Assist multiple departments by working alongside Coordinators.
• Support: Support the VP of Artistic Resource Management on departmental needs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing an Associate, Bachelor, or Graduate degree at a College/University, or an equivalent educational background.
• Experience: Commitment to a 10-week internship period; ability to manage personal relocation, housing, and transportation; and authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Skills: Well-organized and highly self-motivated; confident, proactive, and possessing excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; comfortable interacting with employees at all organizational levels; proficiency in Google Suite office management software including Sheets, Docs, and Gmail.
• Bonus: Preferred majors include Film/Cinema, Communications, Media Studies, or related fields.
