AI-Native Product Management Intern (Marketplace & Growth) | Trucker Path

The Tone:
This is an internship at Trucker Path. The company is building the AI-native operating system for truck drivers and fleets. This role is central to defining how artificial intelligence transforms how over 300,000 truck drivers manage their businesses. You will directly contribute to products across our load board, marketplace, and fleet platforms.

• Mission: Define how AI transforms how 300,000+ truck drivers run their businesses by building products across load board, marketplace, and fleet platforms.

What You’ll Actually Do
• AI Product Surfaces: Work on core AI product surfaces, including load discovery, booking, onboarding, and marketplace integrations.
• AI in Development: Use AI to accelerate every part of product development, such as research, synthesis, specifications, analysis, and iteration.
• Growth Experiments: Support and run growth experiments throughout the carrier journey, focusing on activation, conversion, and retention.
• Product Launches: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and Operations teams on real product launches.
• Product Building: Build lightweight prototypes, define product requirements, and help ship features end-to-end, contributing to partner-driven products (fuel, parking, and integrations) and marketplace expansion.

• Background: Student with exceptional problem-solving ability and intellectual curiosity, aspiring to a top-tier Product Management role.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to operate as an AI-native professional, utilizing AI tools to enhance speed and improve thought processes.
