AI Product & Customer Success Intern | RagaAI Inc

The Tone:
This is an internship at RagaAI Inc, located in Houston, Texas. RagaAI is seeking an intern to contribute to its AI product development and customer success initiatives. This role is crucial for defining, building, and enhancing products that provide real value to customers, offering hands-on experience in product research and cross-functional collaboration. The intern will directly support product lifecycle activities and contribute to improving user experience for AI-driven solutions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Requirements Analysis: Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing product requirements from internal teams and users.
• Product Lifecycle Support: Support product lifecycle activities, including planning, documentation, testing, and feedback tracking.
• Market Research: Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Performance Reporting: Prepare product performance reports and insights.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of product milestones.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, or a related field).
• Experience: Must be based in Houston, Texas, available to work on-site for 3-6 months, and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
• Skills: Possesses strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a passion for technology, product development, and AI-driven solutions.
• Bonus: Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Figma, Notion, or similar platforms.
