• Mission: Own the development and deployment of intelligent, business-facing AI agents, ensuring they effectively serve user needs from concept to production.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Ownership & Lifecycle Management: Take full ownership of AI agent features, managing them across their entire product lifecycle, from initial scoping and ideation phases through to successful launch, continuous monitoring, and subsequent iteration based on performance.
• Data-Driven Prioritization: Methodically analyze diverse inputs including user feedback, competitive landscape signals, and internal product data to strategically prioritize which features and improvements to build next for the AI agents.
• Product Definition & Translation: Produce comprehensive and clear documentation, including wireframes, detailed user stories, and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), effectively translating identified real user needs into concrete, actionable engineering work.
• User Validation & Research: Conduct essential user research and execute usability tests to thoroughly confirm that the AI agents being developed are meaningfully addressing and solving specific career challenges experienced by users.
The Must-Haves
• Background: This position is suited for a recent graduate or early-career professional, possessing 0–2 years of relevant experience. A strong academic background is required, with a degree in Computer Science, Business, Human-Computer Interaction, or a closely related field of study.
• Experience & Eligibility: Candidates must possess a genuine enthusiasm for the capabilities of artificial intelligence and demonstrate a solid, working understanding of how Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents fundamentally operate. Authorization to work in and physical presence within the United States are mandatory requirements for this role. Prior professional experience in a product management, project coordination, or startup environment, including internships, is a preferred qualification that would be highly beneficial.

• Communication Prowess: Exhibit strong communication abilities, capable of clearly articulating complex product decisions and the underlying reasoning to both highly technical engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Organizational Acumen: Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and dependability, coupled with the proven ability to effectively manage and juggle multiple concurrent workstreams within the dynamic startup environment.
• Bonus Qualifications: Candidates with hands-on exposure to popular prototyping tools such as Figma or Balsamiq, as well as project management tools like Jira or Linear, will be at an advantage. A demonstrable track record of successfully transforming vague, ambiguous problems into well-defined, structured, and actionable plans is also highly valued.
